• All artwork must be ready for hanging/display.  
• Artists are responsible for the drop-off and pick-up of their work within the assigned time frame.  
• The artist is required to provide a community engagement component as part of the exhibition agreement.  
• While every effort will be made to protect displayed works, the Blanchard Community Library is not responsible for loss or damage.  
• Sales are solely the responsibility of the artist. The library will not facilitate sales, hold payments, or handle transactions. Any sales inquiries will be directed to the artist.
